Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations Appointments
canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients' appointments.
